Returns/Exchanges
Living Well Aromatics will not process refunds, accept returns or exchange items. All sales are final.
Damages/Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately or within one (1) business day, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will gladly correct any issues that result on our part in error.
Please follow the steps below to contact us if your item is incorrect or damaged.
(1) Click “Contact Us” on the home page. Write in the subject line "Incorrect/Damaged Item" immediately or within 1 day of receiving the wrong item or if your item is damaged at delivery.
(2) In the body of the email, please include: (a) your order #; (b) a detailed description of the issue; (c) an uploaded photo of your damaged item or wrong item received.
Damaged Items Description: holes/punctures/cracks to the product bottle. We do not require damaged or the wrong items to be returned. Living Well Aromatics will respond to your email within 1-2 business days.
