Shipping occurs within 2-4 business days from the time the order was placed. Please note, shipping is not done on holidays.

Once your order has been purchased you will receive a tracking number via email. Once your order has shipped you will receive another email with the same tracking number. Please click on/use this tracking number to check the status of your order.

Living Well Aromatics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your item has not been received please contact your local post office, visit usps.com or call 1-800-ASK-USPS and check your tracking information. Please note: Living Well Aromatics is not responsible if the order and tracking information shows "delivered" to the correct address nor is Living Well Aromatics responsible for lost or stolen packages shipped. 

Note: International shipping "outside of the U.S." is not available at this time.

Note: We ship via USPS. All options are provided via checkout. If you select priority mail as your shipping preference, please note that your package will be insured for up to $50.
